New and nice hotel with huge rooms!

My stay at Springhill Suites was underwhelming. The breakfast spread was subpar, with limited options that didn't seem appealing, even to someone who's not picky. The pool was uncomfortably cold, making it difficult to enjoy a swim and there weren't enough towels available for our family.

Annoying master switch for lights makes nighttime trips to the bathroom a hassle. Pool was small, and we had to juggle towels since only three were provided for four guests.

A prime choice for resting at all in Lexington with reasonable price. The room had a great layout, providing ample space for comfort. Try to grab breakfast early as the selection can get picked over fast.

Our stay was enjoyable in the spacious Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the great breakfast that was hot and available right when we needed it, along with the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The location was also ideal, just a short walk to nearby shopping and dining options.

The pool was a bit chilly.

this hotel had an overpowering fragrance, not the calming oasis I expected. I also noticed the bathroom door wouldn’t lock—super inconvenient. And where's my complimentary upgrade? I was left feeling utterly ignored like I don’t deserve a proper stay. I almost thought about a good review, but just couldn't.
